This Refund and Money-Back Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made through KICH DEVELOPMENT - FZCO ("KICH," "we," "us," or "our") applications and websites. This Policy is part of and subject to our Terms of Use.
1. MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
If you made a purchase directly on our website and were presented with a money-back guarantee during checkout, you may be eligible for a refund only if all of the following conditions are met:
You contact us within 30 days of your original purchase date; and
You have actively used the application for at least 14 separate days within those 30 days. KICH will verify usage internally.
Eligibility:
The guarantee applies only once per user and only within the first 30 days of starting a subscription.
It does not apply to upgrades, add-ons, one-time digital purchases, or repeat purchases after cancellation and re-signup.
Refund scope:
If you qualify, KICH will refund the most recent subscription charge only (excluding any trial fees).
The refund amount is capped at USD 60.00.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
Refunds are limited to one per user.
How to claim:
Send your request to contact@kichdev.com within thirty (30) calendar days of your original subscription purchase.
Include your account email and a brief description of the reason for your request.
We will review your request and notify you by email within 14 business days.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days and returned to your original payment method.
Clarification: The guarantee does not apply to subscriptions cancelled within the first 14 days of usage, even if requested within 30 days of purchase.
2. NON-REFUNDABLE PURCHASES
Some purchases are non-refundable due to their format or delivery method:
One-time digital purchases (such as workbooks, guides, digital reports, analysis results, or other downloadable or instantly delivered materials): These are delivered in full immediately after purchase and are considered "used" once delivered. They are not eligible for refunds.
Personal preference or purchase misunderstandings, including but not limited to:
Not enjoying the product or finding it was not what you expected
Forgetting to cancel a subscription or being unaware of the renewal
Assuming the product was free or part of a trial
Accidental purchases by someone else (e.g., a partner, child, or unauthorized user)
Not using the product after purchase
Subscription auto-renewals: Auto-renewal is clearly disclosed before purchase. Refunds are not available for renewal charges if the subscription was not cancelled beforehand.
3. APP STORE PURCHASES
If you purchased a subscription through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another third-party app store, that app store handles all billing and refund decisions independently. We cannot grant refunds for purchases made through app stores. You will need to contact the respective app store directly:
Apple App Store: Visit Apple's support page or request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple typically reviews refund requests within 30 days, at their discretion.
Google Play: Visit Google Play's support page to request a refund.
4. GENERAL REFUND RULES
If you do not meet the specific eligibility conditions outlined above, purchases are considered non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise required by applicable local laws.
Special notices for specific jurisdictions:
EU residents: You may withdraw from a digital content purchase within 14 days, unless you consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that this waives your withdrawal right. By completing a purchase on our Platform, you agree to immediate delivery and forfeit this right once content has been provided.
California and Connecticut residents (USA): You may cancel within 3 business days of purchase for a full refund.
Australian consumers: Nothing in this Policy is intended to override your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Where applicable local consumer protection laws provide you with rights that cannot be waived or limited by contract, those rights shall prevail over the terms of this Policy.
5. CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel your subscription at any time by:

Managing your subscription within the App (if available)
Managing your subscription through the App Store or Google Play settings
Important:
Deleting the app or your account does not automatically cancel your subscription.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You will retain access to premium features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
No partial refunds are provided for the remaining portion of a billing period after cancellation.
6. DELIVERY POLICY
After a successful purchase, your subscription, personal plan, and/or digital product is made available immediately via the App and/or by email. If you do not receive access within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at contact@kichdev.com — we are happy to help.
